One for you, one for me...

A winter storm warning blasted us last night and I decided to take the day off from work. It was WONDERFUL!!!! I slept in and then just lounged around the house with John. Fridays are his days off work, so it worked out perfectly. 

We headed to the mall tonight to do some Christmas shopping. We had a blast. It was so fun just to go out and be together and do stuff not related to our occupations! We just laughed and talked and had an amazing night. We did some shopping for our families, but we also ended up buying a few things for us. There were just such amazing deals out there!!! I can't wait to wear them with my cute black dress. They were on major sale too, so that always makes a purchase even better.

Tis the season...

I just love this time of year. I absolutely love Christmas. It saddens me that the season is flying by so fast. I have not done nearly as many things as I need to have done! Hopefully tomorrow night and this weekend, I can get some last minute Christmas shopping done :). I'm planning on going to the mall tomorrow night after work.




So.......I'm pretty sure my husband hasn't gotten me anything yet for Christmas. SO, to help him out, i'll just let him know what I really, really, really want for Christmas :)....

I'm a little under the weather right now. I have that nasty cold/sore throat that is going around right now. I came home from work today and took at 4 hour nap. I've been chugging water, vitamins and some cold medicine!



I'm really excited...tomorrow I am going with my realtor to check out a house. It is absolutely beautiful. The current owner of the house is an interior decorator with amazing talent. The house looks amazing. It would only be about ten minutes from both of our jobs compared to the 30 minute commute we currently have. We just lowered the asking price on our house AGAIN. Truthfully, if anyone were to make any type of offer, I think we would take it at this point!!

If you have not tried these yet, you must RUN out to the store and get these!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hershey Kisses sells Mint Truffle Kisses only during the Christmas season and they are absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!! I love anything mint, but these are the greatest candy ever:). Not so good for the wasteline though....i'm glad they are only seasonal. Having them around all year round could be very dangerous:).

I have been looking for a cute agenda planner for 2009. I use my agenda book ALOT and I was so tierd of having the traditional blue/black planners! I searched online for a few days and couldn't really find any cute, girlie planners that I liked that were affordable! Then tonight, I found this cute agenda book from Vera Bradley!!! I'm going to wait a few more days until I order it, just to make sure it is the one I want, but I think it's super cute. AND....my company reimbuses us $15 for our planners, so it will be very affordable!! I can't decide between the two pink ones though....hmmmm :). Thanks Vera Bradley!! You rock!

Here are some things that I have been wanting, so I decided to start making my Christmas list!!

This amazing robe. I LOVE comfort...

I LOVE taking bubble baths, so I would delight in this and this. Ahhhhh :).

I also think these would help me get a spa like atmosphere!

I am completely in LOVE with Bath & Body works!!! They have sooo much great stuff that I would enjoy!!!

Now...for the bigger items :). Hey, a girl can dream right???? I think this would be perfect for our cute little house.

I just LOVE this time of year. We have already had a decent amount of snow here and it is just sooo beautiful out. I love watching the snowflakes falling while listening to Christmas music. I have yet to begin my Christmas baking, but will hopefully begin that this weekend.
